Who I am and how I can help
I am a registered counselling psychologist with the HPCSA in private practice, specializing in psychotherapeutic and coaching services. After earning my Master of Arts in Community-based Counselling Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand, I gained extensive experience working with trauma during my time at the Centre for the Study of Violence and Reconciliation (CSVR). There, I provided therapy to survivors of severe trauma, such as rape and torture, and worked with frontline workers across Africa to enhance trauma-informed care.
I am committed to supporting individuals in their healing journeys both in and outside the therapy room, with a focus on community-level mental health.
