Getting Started
To begin, simply reach out, and I’ll confirm my availability and discuss how I can best support your reasons for seeking therapy or coaching. Once a session is scheduled, I’ll share a consent form and a secure Zoom link for our meeting.Session Structure and Payment
My sessions are 50 - 60 minutes long and operate on a cash basis, with fees aligned to medical aid rates to allow for direct claims.Each session is customised to fit your needs, ensuring a supportive, flexible, and impactful experience.
